Do you create custom logos or can you embroider my existing logo?

Yes we can! Send over the logo or image you would like embroidered to lilly@havenllybylilly.com and we will help you place the order.

Do you embroider on an item that I already own?

Yes! While we carry a large variety of products, we are also happy to embroider on an item that you already own. Email lilly@havenllybylilly.com with your item details.

What is your return policy?

Because the items are personalized we are unable to exchange or return any items. Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but can not be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.

When should I expect to receive my order?

We work on orders as fast as we can! Our current turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. If you need something faster please make a note in the comments on the checkout page or email us at lilly@havenllybylilly.com and we will try to accommodate all requests.

How do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the United States. We use USPS and UPS. If you need expedited shipping please email us at lilly@havenllybylilly.com.
